- Avatars - No cartoon/anime avatars. Please upload your avatar via your Profile.
- Signatures - No wider than 600 pixels and no taller than 250 pixels.
- Absences - If you don't let us know you're going away, you can be killed off.
- Arguing - I don't want to see it. Take it to PMs. We're not in grade school.
- Metagaming - If your character didn't personally see or hear it, he/she doesn't know it.
- Godmodding - You're not a puppeteer. Don't control the actions of other characters.
- Killing - Only Soren can kill someone off. (This does not apply to NPC aliens)
- Swearing - Go ahead, but don't make it so it's in every sentence.
- Sex - PG-13 only, per ProBoards rules. Fade to black. Keep us guessing.
- All-powerful characters - Boring! I don't want to see them. Don't make a character who is skilled in every martial arts, can spout the formula for radioactive decay, and is an expert engineer. No, no, and no. No.
- Posting length - No one liners. Try to give other members something to go on. Don't make me flog you.
- Please make your characters original to this site. I don't care if you love a character you used to have somewhere else. Do us all a favor and try someone new.
